- VBBS - OS/2
-
- It is very easy to run VBBS on many channels simultaneously
- using various setups including MicroSoft Windows, DesqView,
- OS/2, a Local Area Network, or by interfacing with Digiboards.
-
- While the DOS version of VBBS runs fine under OS/2, a specific
- OS/2 version of VBBS is available whose installation is
- outlined in this chapter. This may also be interfaced with
- multi-port serial cards such as the Digiboard.
-
-
- SysOps contemplating multi-channel setup are well-advised
- to look into OS/2 as a serious alternative to multi-channel
- setups under DOS due to its excellent usage of memory, speed,
- and true multi-tasking ability.
